Every property is different — size, drive, and what the listing needs. Build your package or text the address, and we'll quote it within the hour.
Keswick · Newmarket · Aurora · Richmond Hill · Vaughan · Markham · Stouffville · East Gwillimbury · Bradford · Innisfil · Barrie · Orillia · Alliston · King City — plus the wider GTA and Simcoe County. Shooting somewhere else? Just ask. We shoot across Ontario and quote travel up front, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Real estate media in York Region is quoted by property, not off a flat rate card, because a 900 square foot condo in Newmarket and a 4,000 square foot detached in King City are not the same morning's work. What follows is how the packages are built, what sits inside each one, and how to work out which is right for a given listing.
There are five, and they climb in a deliberate order. Standard is photos plus one supporting asset — either drone photos or a measured 2D floor plan, assigned to whichever suits the property. Essential adds the walkthrough video, the piece that lives on the listing page and keeps a buyer scrolling. Spotlight trades the walkthrough for a Signature Reel, because a reel is a social asset and a walkthrough is a listing asset, and most agents need one more than the other. Full Launch brings in the cinematic film and the floor plan. Prestige is the complete suite with a real twilight shoot on top.
Each rung swaps a video rather than stacking them, which keeps the price honest. If you want both, any video can be added back on.
A larger home takes more frames, more time on site and a longer edit. Rather than charge everyone the average, packages are priced across four tiers: condo up to 1,000 square feet, townhouse or semi to 1,500, detached to 3,000, and large to 4,500. Above that, the property wants twilight, more aerial coverage and a longer edit, so it is quoted properly rather than squeezed into a tier.
The boundaries are round numbers on purpose. An agent should be able to look at a listing and know the tier without a calculator. A home sitting exactly on a line takes the higher tier, which removes the argument entirely.
Drone is included from Essential upward, and on a condo it cannot be flown. Rather than charge for something undeliverable, drone photos are swapped for building and amenity photos at no extra cost — the lobby, the gym, the rooftop, the view from the unit. For most condo buyers that is the deciding material anyway.
On Standard, the drone-or-floor-plan choice does the same job for townhouses and semis where an aerial adds little. We assign whichever genuinely helps the listing.
Every package above Standard includes a single-listing property website at no charge — all the media in one shareable link, which is a better thing to send a seller than a Dropbox folder. Blue sky is guaranteed on exteriors across every package, and photos are in your inbox by 9 AM the morning after the shoot.
Newmarket, Aurora, Bradford, Sutton, Innisfil, Holland Landing and East Gwillimbury sit in the free travel zone. Beyond that, travel is quoted before booking and based on distance, so it appears in the number you agreed to rather than on the invoice afterwards. Keswick, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, Stouffville, Barrie, Orillia, Alliston and King City are all regularly shot, and the wider GTA, Durham and cottage country are covered on request.
Text the property address and a quote comes back within the hour. A $50 deposit holds the date and comes off the final invoice. Most listings are shot within 48 hours of the quote, and the whole thing is designed to take one text rather than a back-and-forth.
It depends on the size of the home and what the listing needs, so we quote per property rather than publishing a flat rate. Text the address and you get the number back within the hour. There are five packages, priced in four size tiers, and travel is quoted up front so nothing appears on the invoice you did not agree to.
Condo up to 1,000 square feet, townhouse or semi from 1,000 to 1,500, detached from 1,500 to 3,000, and large from 3,000 to 4,500. Anything above 4,500 is a custom quote. A home sitting exactly on a line takes the higher tier.
Drone photos are swapped for building and amenity photos at no extra charge. You are not paying for something we cannot fly, and the amenities are usually what sells the unit anyway.
Standard covers a listing that needs strong photos and one supporting asset. Essential adds the walkthrough video for the listing page. Spotlight trades that for a Signature Reel, which is the social piece. Full Launch brings in the cinematic film and the floor plan. Prestige is everything, including a real twilight shoot. Text the address and we will tell you which one the property actually needs.
Yes. Build your own in the quote tool, or text what you want. Most agents start from a package because it works out better than picking items one at a time, but nothing is compulsory.
Photos are in your inbox by 9 AM the next morning. Video runs about 48 hours. Floor plans and virtual work come back with the photos.
